Price List for Electrical Services
We provide free written quotes for all types of electrical work or we can work on a time and materials hourly rate basis at the following rates.Time and Materials Charging
Variable charging will be applied to works carried out on a time and materials basis calculated as follows;
Minimum charge + time spent on site after the minimum charge period (in units of 15 minutes) + cost of materials + VAT
Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm 1 Hour Minimum £40 Per Hour
Monday to Friday 3pm to 8am 2 Hours Minimum £60 Per Hour
Saturdays & Sundays 8am- 3pm 3 Hours Minimum £80 Per Hour
Emergency Call out Charge is £100
Periodic Testing and Inspection
1 Bedroom Flat or House £170
2 Bedroom Flat or House £185
3 Bedroom Flat or House £200
4 Bedroom Flat or House £235
5 Bedroom Flat or House £270
Preliminary Visual Inspection of a Standard Domestic Installation (including a written report)

Other types of property are subject to a quotation.
Portable Appliance Testing
£5.50 per appliance. (a minimum charge of £60.00 applies)
all prices subject to vat at current rates.
