Cancellation of Contracts Regulations 2008

The law provides that we (Hawthorn Electric's Ltd) give you 7 days from the date of this agrement within which to cancel our contract and there-by incur no charge for the services or goods provided. Accordingly we do not have to provide any goods or services until the 7 day period has passed.

If you require us to start works early you must complete and send to us the Instructions to start work during the right to cancel period. The form below is provided for you to instruct us accordingly.

Instructions to start work during the Right to Cancel Period.

You have the right to ask for works to start before the end of the cooling off period. By exercising these rights in writing and delivering this form to us, you are agreeing to pay any reasonable sum for the services or goods supplied up to the point of cancellation.

I/We hereby give notice that I/We wish to commence my/our contract with you for the provision of electrical work during and before the expiry of our 7 day 'Right to Cancel' period.
